Hmmm not sure, but it is okay to have some sweets. Just don't over do it and make sure you are still eating right besides that, and TAKE the prenatal vitamin! They are important for you and the baby, and they give you a little boost of energy. :) Also with the sweets you have to be careful because you don't want to get the gestational diabetes while you are pregnant. It can be dangerous for you guys. Good luck to you!

It's not a perfect solution, but sugar free candy might be okay. I always want cookies, so I buy the 100 calorie packs, they give me just enough to ease the craving but with a premeasured serving.

You should ask your doctor for a list of things you can eat. I think you can eat anything as long as you eat the sweets in moderation.(unless you are diabetic of course) A little indulgence once in awhile has never hurt any one. Make these times incentives for yourself if you would like
