20/20 measures how well the eye can focus. ******** has to do with the two eyes working together. They are quite different.
My son had 20/20 vision, but his eyes didn't work together well (you couldn't tell that by looking at him), and he had fits in school until he got vision therapy to correct it. He's fine now. He didn't need glasses then and doesn't need them now.

They have the same eyesight as the rest of us. It is just the eyes are not always in synch.

yes its just that they have an eye problem that makes there eyes rotae around while trying to concetrate on one particlaur object
