I have liked this guy for the past 6 months. I have never liked a guy for this long. Usually if I like a guy and find out that they don't like me back or that I might not have a chance with them, being away from them for a while usually helps. But this is different. He is a sort of friend of mine. We get along well, and for a while I used to think that he liked me back but apparently not. He is usually busy with school work. So I don't like inturrupting him in case he might get annoyed. I don't share any classes so the only time I see him is when i bump into him or when my friends and I get together. He once asked me to watch a movie over at his place but, asked me to bring a friend along (any friend), so I got upset. I thought that by avoiding him I would be able to get over him but I'm always wondering what he's up to. I feel silly since we're not even close to dating. Do you guys have any suggestions???

You should tell him how you feel and then if he doesnt like you back, then you start the process of moving on. Its like this, i liked a guy too...but he wasnt feeling me and now i have the best man in the world. This happened about 5 or 6 years ago. Just look at it this way, the worst he could say is no....

all you can do is tell him how you feal and let him know that if there is no chance for you to that you would like to still be friends but you just needed to come clean and let him know that you want to try to take it further.if you do not tell him the truth and see how he feals you will never be able to be a true friend to him or you will not be able to go on with your life you will be stuck in the present on him.

I think he was into you and you blew him off. He wanted you to bring a friend so he wouldn't feel so akward being alone with you.
