It's American business owners who are moving overseas to hire people for cheaper wages? These companies are moving to India, China, and get this, MEXICO so they will have cheaper labor. And the jobs going overseas are jobs Americans are doing right now! Not cleaning and hard labor jobs.

Yes, outsourcing is a huge problem too. The reason, though, that you are seeing all the fervor about illegal immigration is that THIS IS THE IMMIGRATION SECTION.

You're right, there's enough prosperity and freedoms here, so I agree with you it is fair to maybe move on to Iran and North Korea next. And also including all of the other places you mentioned. Not only does it save the millions starving problem, like you libs want, but also, when these AMERICAN corporations make enough money for American cities to give them tax-breaks to open up shop here too, the starving are fed, and more people are paid in dollars here, and other corporations here get tax-breaks for investing in these corporations, which REALLY boosts OUR economy, it further proves capatalism works. So now, which side of the politcal fence is ignorant and complaining about these jobs?, and the rich corporations being at fault for this? And which side is showing the other how economics work, and having to at the same time try and explain to these economic morons, who will never understand anyways, it's exactly what they're whining for in the first place?? You are in first-gear when it comes to brains, poor little angel. Also, in case you haven't noticed, it's the poor countries threatening us the most, cuz they want our help.

The problem is that the wages the illegals will accept are far below what an American can live on.We don't live 14 people in a one bedroom apt.We have a higher standard of living .Big business is very guilty of doing as you say but we must make our law makers demand enforcement of our existing laws against hiring illegals.I own a business and my husband owns businesses. We do not hire illegals.I only employ about 30 people but my husband has hundreds .But we know whats right for us and our country. So we pay good money for good legal employees. We have never had a lay off or a bad year in 15 years for me and 24 for my husband.I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and I want only the best, and I don't mind paying for it.We hire legal Americans only.

My concern isn't Mexicans taking all the jobs, it's what Mexican citizens are doing in our country illegally to begin with, and why they aren't creating their OWN jobs.....IN Mexico. It's their country, the majority of the people have the capacity to collectively decide what kind of country they want to live in, and I don't think the majority 'voted' for a festering, squalorous 3rd world hell-hole. So, it must be that they're not voting or something...

Mexico could have it all, right there at home, but they have to WANT to make it happen. America's the 'easy out', which is preventing them from evolving, so by building the US/Mexico border fence, you're actually doing the people OF Mexico a huge favor, by 'turning off the magnet', and ending any interest that drug and human traffickers had in being IN Mexico at all. Cut off the revenue, end the problems, then the citizens of Mexico can have their country back from the drug dealers etc. Mexico can and should have its' own industry/agriculture/whathaveyou.

I have nothing against any immigrant who comes here to work. I do have a problem with anyone who collects money under the table and does not pay taxes and then goes and drains our country's welfare benefits.

thanks for your question . well first at all Americans should not be worried about mexicans taking their jobs . we are business partners and we need each other . second at all today hispanics are creating more jobs than any other group in the USA so therefor hispanics are only creating jobs and not taking them . i hope we can resolve our difference in the near future .

I'm not worried about Mexicans taking all the jobs. I'm worried about them infesting the entire country with gangs to the point where people don't feel safe going for a walk anymore. They WILL ruin America. I don't think our goverment is going to stop illegal immigration.

I'm not.

I worry about people coming into this country ILLEGALLY - no matter what nation they are from. If people are worried about Mexicans, then I am thinking they worry about anyone that isn't of their race/nationality. . . Big difference.
