I think their duration of stuff is about the same as how women are, I think somewhere between a few days and week. It's been a long time since we've had one go through it, but before our oldest cat was fixed I think she went through it for about a week. And I'm not sure if it's normal for a cat or if it was because it was her first time, but she relapsed only two weeks later and was back in it.

Several days at a time. However if she does not get pregnant, in a few weeks, she will go into heat again.

either til you get them fixed or they get laid. that is like 2-3 weeks and will drive you nuts. if you not plannin on breeding best to get them fixed right away otherwise you will go nuts and they will to. that way they will be calmer and happier not feeling the urge they can't do something about. or else you will suddenly be a new mama cat surrogate cause daddy cat will have split the sence
