if you workout for 50 minutes a day and consuming that many calories you are probably maintaing your weight...but unless you give your weight and your goal weight I cant be for sure. take your current weight and multiply that by 10 that is how many calories you would eat to maintain your weight. If you want to lose weight use the goal weight and multiply by 10. you can eat more than your caloric range since you excercise daily 50 min if you wish to maintain what you have............................ps repost...you dont sound like you would want to lose much weight....but after 50 minutes of even strenuous activity and your caloric range being 1320 and then consuming 1750 you might be just a hair over maintaining....if you ate just your caloric range you would lose just from the calorie cut , about 1 pound a week ...that is if you keep you daily 50 min excercise ...maybe a loss of 5 pounds is what you want for example(I dont think less would be healthy)eat your range of 1320 for 5 weeks and do the same exercise daily. after 5 weeks to maintain that . your caloric range will be 1270 + the calories you can burn a day working out. by the way 3,300 calories need to be burned in order to lose one pound.

there are equations you can use to calculate your resting metabolic rate, which is how many calories you burn just for being alive. plus the calories you burn as you work out. But it takes a long time. If 1750 is a decrease in what you used to eat before, then you'll most likely lose weight. It's a good number, just don't go below 1200, that's the line for too few calories.

Depends on a lot of factors, but if you are working out that much, it seems a bit low. The rage is "low-carb" everything. Keep in mind that an adult requires a minimum of 145g carbs/24hrs for proper brain functioning. If you are finding your concentration off, or if you are headachy, please consider adding a few calories in the form of carbs. I would suggest an average of 2000 calories per day, as well as your excercise regimen, and to evaluate the quality of the calories as well. Make sure you have ENOUGH carbs, not too few!! Best wishes for weight loss.

I would need to know your height, weight, and sex to determine your calorie needs. For an average woman, 1750 calories is a good level if you are active...you could expect to see some weight loss. But if you hit a plateau you'll need to increase your activity level.

It depends on your lean body mass and activity level. I recommend the zone, which accounts for differences in lean body mass and activity. And learn about the real zone, the barry sears original version, not the cheesy knockoffs.
