Compared to what??? A good rule of thumb is that if you can't pronounce or know what the ingredients are, it's probably not the best nutritional choice. They are processed and don't resemble anything found in nature. You'd be better off with a tuna pouch some veggies and fruit. Not as exciting, but your body will thank you.

Look at the fat content and the sodium content.
Then look at the nutritional values on the label.
There's nothing healthy about them.

NO way ! look at the nutritional info....high in fat, sodium, full of additives, and preservatives.
. You'd be healthier making yourself a turkey or ham or whatever sandwich, using whole grain bread ,it only takes a moment and your body will thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!

Not really if you look at all the preservatives and chemicals in the food. Organic fruits, veggies, and meats are the best way to go in my opinion.

no..they have a lot of preservatives and sodium but I mean they're not horrible...it's much healthier to just buy ham and cheese and crackers separately and a lot cheaper too!
