i'v hadn't had any boyfriend ever and i'm in the eighth grade but a girl at my school is so ugly and all these guys like her but she's a good flirt people think thats why they like her and i'm so much prettier than her but how do i become a good flirt.

show a bit-if you get what I mean, approach the guys you fancy and just start a conversation with them.
I dont know if this works with all guys but it does with me.

Well 1st off u should be more into ur school work then worrying about a boyfriend. The girl u call ugly may just have a better personailty is why the guys all like her.
Just because a person is ugly doesn't mean they can't have guys or girls liking them because the other people may be looking on what on the inside rather then out.
And because u are so caught up on looks, havong a boyfriend and calling others ugly that might be why ur not having any luck getting a bf
Ur only in eighth grade sweetie, u have ur whole life ahead of u to get a bf. So why don't u focus on getting through school and being nice.
U know too much flirting can get u into a lot of trouble with guys, it's a game I think u shouldn't play, as u get older u will learn that it's not always cute to flirts, guys tend to take things too serious and expect u to do things u don't want to do

Sometimes, its not all about beauty but how you carry yourself. If you want a boyfriend, then you get him the right way. Honestly, guys look at girls who flirt as cheap shot. Yes, they may flirt with her but all because the girl was flirting. They approach her for reasons other than sexual motives. I suppose you don't want to be tagged a cheap shot.
You are still young so you don't have to worry so much about having no boyfriend. As you've said, you're prettier than some girls so definitely there are guys attracted to you. There's nothing wrong however, if you intend to court a guy. Gone are the days of chivalry when gents court the ladies, I bet by this time, ladies can court the gents. But I don't suggest you do this. There are psychological, moral and social repercussions of ladies doing the initiative. Generally, when the relationship gets sour, the guy can always embarass the lady by telling the whole world that the he didn't exert effort to get you.
Come on, there's too many guys out there. Don't worry, you'll not run out of men. Time will tell you and when you experience it, it'll be heaven.

now why would you like to be a flirt? that's not a good way to get guys around you. if you are much prettier than her, why worry? what you must do is try to be a more well - rounded, sociable person. study hard. join clubs in school, join contests. whatever good school activity that gives you the chance to mingle with people and show your capacity in academics. that way you also develop your people skill. eventually people will notice you, and eventually guys will be crowding so much around you, you will be the one to hide from them. guys like smart, witty, friendly girls. but don't be nerdy.

talk to some guys you're interested in- find out what they like and just chat 'em up every once in a while; girls like to talk, but so do guys- if you get them on the right subject.

Be personable - be likeable - make people laugh and feel at home. Don't be conceited and arrogant...the only people who like that are other conceited arrogant people who hang out with each other because no one wants to hang out with them...
