do web sites help to find employer?

I am looking for H1B visa sponsoring emloyer, Websites offer subscriptions to many databases, saying they will find employer interested in qualified foreign candidates. It that true? Do they really have this up-to-date databases?

Consider checking out free one first, BUT have no experience in both categorizes you list.
