if not -he's just naughty and pushing you to see where he can get to
clip him around the ear and be strong-most small problems lie with slack/bad parenting-make the change now before it's too late

If he doesn't like eye contact, doesn't play well with others, has sometimes unusual, but always intense interests in specific subjects, insisting on learning everything about the topic and talking incessantly about it, has trouble making and keeping friends, and doesn't seem to know "how" to fit into a group, he may well have Asperger's Syndrome.

If he simply throws tantrums or acts out violently, he's got behavioral problems, and that is completely different.

If you think he has asbergers maybe he should be taken to a doctor, or maybe you should talk to a school councelor or social worker they might be able to point you in the correct direction and help the both of you.

A pediatrician or early childhood intervention centre can tell you about this. This is a significant question and needs to be looked at by someone to get the right schooling/ medication/ parenting/ tutoring/ educational support.

Best wishes in getting this looked at.

The best way is to take your son to a psychiatrist who can properly access his behavior and diagnose him. There are certain key behaviors to look for if the person has asperger, such as:
Though grammatical, their speech is peculiar due to abnormalities of inflection and a repetitive pattern. Clumsiness is prominent both in their articulation and gross motor behavior. They usually have a circumscribed area of interest which usually leaves no space for more age appropriate, common interests.
The DSM (Diagnostic manual used by the mental health profession) lists this for asperger:
Diagnostic Criteria For 299.80 Asperger's Disorder
A. Qualitative impairment in social interaction, as manifested by at least two of the following:

1. marked impairments in the use of multiple nonverbal behaviors such as eye-to-eye gaze, facial expression, body postures, and gestures to regulate social interaction
2. failure to develop peer relationships appropriate to developmental level
3. a lack of spontaneous seeking to share enjoyment, interests, or achievements with other people (e.g. by a lack of showing, bringing, or pointing out objects of interest to other people)
4. lack of social or emotional reciprocity

B. Restricted repetitive and stereotyped patterns of behavior, interests, and activities, as manifested by at least one of the following:

1. encompassing preoccupation with one or more stereotyped and restricted patterns of interest that is abnormal either in intensity or focus
2. apparently inflexible adherence to specific, nonfunctional routines or rituals
3. stereotyped and repetitive motor mannerisms (e.g., hand or finger flapping or twisting, or complex whole-body movements)
4. persistent preoccupation with parts of objects

C. The disturbance causes clinically significant impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning

D. There is no clinically significant general delay in language (e.g., single words used by age 2 years, communicative phrases used by age 3 years)

E. There is no clinically significant delay in cognitive development or in the development of age-appropriate self-help skills, adaptive behavior (other than social interaction), and curiosity about the environment in childhood

F. Criteria are not met for another specific Pervasive Developmental Disorder or Schizophrenia

Good luck with getting help and I wish the best for both of you.
