Yesturday I Believe it was , I Held my breathe for nearly 40 Seconds ( Not under water ) , It was pretty darn hard , So i was curious how long Can you , or could you hold your breath for?

One person said you can hold it for the rest of your life. that was pretty witty because you could suffacate yourself which would be the end of your life. Heh... i haven't really timed myself though.

I can hold it for 4 minutes. But then again i have an unfair advantage. I work as a Special Forces Marine. We are amphibious by nature. We like to be dropped into the ocean real late at night swim in a few miles and come up on the shore line of our enemy's.

I can go for about 2 and a half minutes. Suprising even to me, seeing as I'm a smoker. Oh well, statistics can't prvoe everything.

holding your breathe under water if alot harder than doing it regular, under water i can onyl for like 30 seconds, never timed myself out of water, no reason really to do so

2 minutes and I been smokin 3o years gotta hyperventilate a little before you start to get oxigenated.
