I have an "06 honda civic. i was trying to install my amp today. only to realize i have no idea how to take out my radio.. i tried to take off the dashboard to get to it.. and that didn't work... someone please help!!!!

I once tried to take off a dashboard to swap a car stereo... back when i was young and stupid. Every time I thought I had it, there was one more screw holding it on. I swear, half the world's screws were in that dashboard. Now I just pay an expert to do it. I have no idea how they do it. No idea.

Its extremely hard to install a deck radio in the new model cars compared to models 97 and under.. I suggest you go to an expert like BestBuy

Honda's are the worst cars to modify in anyway...
That includes AUDIO
it took me ages to get my CD player installed...they had to create a custom mount.

go to installdr.com they will take you step by step on how 2 take out old unit and how to install new one
