to lose weight to cardio and weights 5 days a week to get in a good shape. run outside for 30-45 minutes or on the treadmilll as your cardio. then do some squats, lunges, and ab work . try doing 20 reps/set of both squats and lunges and 25-30/set for abs, for 10-15 or even 20 sets. also, eat what you like but in moderation! instead of having 5 cookies have 1 or 2. switch from sodas to water, eat salads with fat free dressing as well as eating more fruits. after you get done working out have an apple or an orange to stabilize your sugar level again. try to eat fat free, reduced fat, as well as reduced sugar. try to reduce your sugar intake to a small amount but not a lot. also, do not deprive your body of things such as chocolate since you will most likely overeat! try to chose smarter things to eat as well as to walk vs. taking the elevator, parking far away in the parking area so you get some exercise. try to eat your last meal before 7-7:30 pm because of thewhole meatbolism slowing down. as for break outs: use a good cleanser like Cetaphil and their other various products. keep your hair out of your face, try not to touch your face a lot because that produces some of the breakouts.oh yeah, get lots of sleep and drink tons of water!

I had the same problem and well im still dealing with it. You basically need to cut down on all your oily food. I had the worst pimples, i joined the gym but if you cant do that WALK! its free and easy, get a mate to join you to make it fun. Try to not eat as much fatty foods, add them here and there.
Also another thing, make a list of food that you everyday, like a journal, and at the end of the week work out what you should and shouldnt be pigging out on!

if a pimple show up in your face don't touch it or play around with it. Use Noxzema a very good product that worked for me..umm, if ur a girl don't use foundation to cover ur skin. wash your face with cold water every morning.hope that helps . Besides dat, eat more leafy vegetables n fruits......it cn oso keep u slim n prevent pimple.....avoid eating fried n oily food.....it wil make u gain weight n oso make ur face oily easily......as a result, it may coz pimple....

ok, this is my diet, i eat a good breakfast, all i whant, then at twelve i eat again or at two, in the night i do situps, i do five firts then i rest then i do ten then i rest and i just keep going like that intill i get tired in the night if u get hungry just drink water or eat a fruit. That what i do it works!!
And for your pimples use PROACTIVE, my friend have it and it works.

for loosing weight just run or fast walk in the mornings everyday
it really works someone i know did that and lost ten pounds
and for the pimples eather get proactive or eat less greasy foods.

i read that the more fat you eat the less pimple you get but i dont think thats true.maybe you can go to the laser dermatology center of california if you want to get rid of them

i suggest u to excersise everyday in the morning for 1 hour! then u would lose weight and also eat wat u still like. sry but i do not know hhow to get rid of pimples. if someone reply to u about the please mail me. i am peacebear500@yahoo.com thx!
