Keep saying your Sick over and over Out Loud to yourself.
Your Ears will take the Words and Transmit them to your Soul(Second Mind) and your Soul (Bless its Heart) will try to Accomplish this for you and make you Sick.

whilst i replaced into little i did no longer % to pass to college so I ate some bakeing soda then drank some vinigar. I went in the bathing room and commenced making some quite awfull noises. My mom advised me to stay domicile from college. Love and advantages Don

What happened at school today? Who made you upset?
Why don't you talk this over with your mom and dad, and if you are afraid of something, they might be able to help.
