I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.
There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

Dr. Murad’s Acne Complex
All over the world so much research has been done to curb acne because it makes beautiful faces ugly and full of black prominent spots. Very many researches have been conducted and a few have tasted success. One of them is Acne Complex.
Before getting into the details of Acne Complex, we need to know more about acne.
Acne is a skin disorder that usually happens when a person is in the teens. During that particular period of life, in both male and female bodies, Androgen, a male sex hormone, increases. This increase of Androgen does not necessarily happen in everybodys body. But in whosever’s body this increase happens, it causes overproduction of sebum and keratin. This results in clogged pores of the skin and infection. This is called acne. In the case of acne the hormones can create acne beyond teenage years. Especially among women this trend is seen.

Proactiv works very well...a lot of people I know use it and there skin is completely clear now...but that's only if you have really bad acne. I just have little bumps from sweat on my forehead (workout a lot) and my dermatologist gave me a range of creams--differin, benzaclin, etc but those either dried out my skin or didn't work. I bought proactiv and the bumps went after after one time! However, it's very irritating and sometimes makes my face burn a little so I only use it twice a month or whenever I notice a lot of bumps...this also may seem bad, but a lot of girls my age, and some guys too, go to tanning beds every now and then because that really helps with acne, yes its harmful, but sometimes thats the only thing that works for people cuz it dries out your skin..most people's skin is better in the summer and that's why. A lot of girls also say birth control pills help, I got on that but that only helps with reducing flare ups I think because my little bumps are still there...also obvious things like don't touch your face a lot, eat a lot of healthy things, drink a lot of water, clean your face with non comogenic (or whatever its called) products...dermatologists say clearasil soap and lotion is good for daily use..thats what I use just to clean..no leftover residue..ok I'm talkin to much but I have a lot of personal experience haha

I tried Clearasil Ultra. I think that stuff really works. & I went to the demertologist and they gave me Benzaclin & Differin. & I feel like its really working. You should go to the demeretologist & see. I use to have HORRIBLE acne. But if you don't have that bad of a acne I think Clearasil Ultra would work. & Clean your face everyday. And drink A LOT of water. I drinked a lot of water & it had helped.

okay so use proactive..... it may be a little expensive, but its DEFINITIVELY worth it....(it may take a little while to clear up.. a few weeks but just be patient)
so once you have gotten rid of your acne or youve "tamed" it then you can start using aqua glycolic twice a day everday and then use proactive solution on the areas on your face that are usually infected with acne. hope i helped!!
oh and you can get aqua glycolic from Kaiser

You really should provide more detail. We could help you better if we knew the severity of your acne.

You could try getting a facial. An esthetician can extract the pimples and speed up the healing time. They could also recommend the appropriate skin care products and give you tips on caring for your skin.
