I have tried immodium and calcium both only kind of work for me.. anything else out there people have tried that works.

I started eating Activia yogurt every morning and I have noticed a HUGE difference. I use Immodium too and it usually works. Also, I have been drinking one dose of Citrucel fiber each day and that helps me stay regular. I would say that the Activia has helped me the most! Have you tried it? It tastes good!

Fiber therapy helped me. Metamucil. Also, sometimes a heating pad on my tummy helped too. I think both cammomile tea and peppermint tea help at calming down the intestinal tract. Also, stress management is very important. Try to find something that helps you relax each day. I did a warm bath by candlelight when mine was really bad. Good luck. Hope you feel better.
