Obviously there would be no war.
But to refuse to be a part of war is to refuse to defend yourself against an aggressor.
A better question to ask would be... what if everyone were willing to defend themselves, but everyone also refused to be an aggressor?
The answer is the same: No war.

Then there would be no war.
Let me ask you a question.
What would happen if all the nice countries got rid of all their weapons, but some evil dictators decided to take advantage of the situation?
That is sort of what happened before WW2. Everyone thought WW1 was the war to end all wars. They started getting rid of their arms. Then suddenly Hitler sweeps into power and builds a massive army with all the best weapons. He took control of Europe and North Africa, before anyone could stop him.
So while it sound so good and it would be so nice. You can't afford to chance it.
The Islamic Extremists believe they can take over Europe and America. So unless you think we should let them, there will be war until one of us win.

We would all be forced to kneel in prayer five times a day because even if the rest of the world refused to participate, the radical islamofascists would continue to "spread the word by the sword".

That would rock! But sadly thats not man's nature when we are not set the bounderies of society we start wars. Not everyone has the same views either, so with out wars there would then probably be lots of terrorism or threats. Like in Lord of the Flies.

Not all nations are democracies and some have no choice but to do what they are told, so those nations where everyone refused to fight would be taken over in about 1 year

This could only mean that every bit of ambition and drive to succeed that makes for the strongest nations thrive is gone. Without that need to push ourselves to improve there would be no further advances in science, medicine, architecture, art, technology, sports, all aspects of society. Without motivation our species would soon regress to a group of people without direction and eventually cease to live life with meaning.
We would all become office workers!

There will always be war because it is a fundamental part of general human nature to want and exploit situations through any means to their best advantage.
