So if you won't guilty you should have taken the breath test, by law there is an assumption of guilty by refusing to take the test.
And of course ( sorry) but co-workes are know to lie about when someone left work ( or if they were drinking at work)
If your place of work has a time clock that clocks you in and out that would be much better evidence.
And if the perople ( again sorry) are not telling the truth but agreed to lie for you, it only takes one too change thier story ( or even one at work who does not like you that would lie and say you won't there) that will make it look like others are lying for you.
I would say I would not make any future travel plans for a while.

For starters, consider yourself lucky. You can tell by the answers here that people still have that "hang 'em high" attitude. Then you need to do some honest self reflection. To say that "i dont have drinking problem" only lasts until you start having problems. By your own words you are facing a possible THIRD DWI. This would make any reasonable person admit to themselves that they have a problem. Would you be okay with being the cause of someones death while being behind the wheel drunk? Drinking and making the decision to drive is the legal loophole that will determine how many years you spend in prison. And texas has a long reputation of putting people in prison for alot less.

In the state of Texas refusing a breath test is saying you are guilty. If I was on the jury, I would vote to give you a heavy sentence, you have no business driving, you are a hazard to the good drivers of this state.

If this is your 3rd DWI, you have clearly shown yourself to be either unwilling or unable to control your conduct. Your actions callously endanger the welfare of every innocent person on the road. Jail is precisely where you need to be.

I recommend when you are in front of the judge and he is getting ready to sentence you, you immediately blurt out that you want lethal injection. With any luck, he'll honor your request.
