After shaving my head, I realized that there are areas of numbness on my scalp. What causes that?

Rear left quadrant, skin has no feeling. Extends over top of head. Medical reasoning appreciated, numbskull jokes NOT!

Not a brain tumor...
Nerve damage from a bump on the head, Honestly I do not know...
