just a normal burger , not a pub or oversized one. about how many calories does the foreman exactly "knock out?"

Hamburger on grill, about 120 calories. Hot dog, about 80.

It depends on how long you cook it for and how much fat was in it before cooking. Also I hear if you sit on the grill while it is cooking it squishes out even more fat!! But again, it depends on the weight of the person who is sitting on the grill. A fat free hot dog will accomplish the same if not better results you are trying for with the Foreman grill. If you are trying to cut calories, use mustard and pickles on the burger instead of ketchup. As for the hot dogs, they are an anti nutrient.

That depends on the type of meat you start out with obviously lean meat has less calories then the regular meat with all the fat in it....same with the hot dogs....

mmmm, i don't know by numbers but i know by taste George makes any meat better & less fattening, try cooking bacon on it too..works great! start with lean beef & eckrich hotdogs!!
