well i'm a mother of one and i'm only 19, i'm dating this guy but i'm afraid that he might found out that i have a son (dont have a husband) what should i do?

now days it is easier for a guy to except a girl with a child, the thing is you need to make sure your child wont be treated any different if you have another child with him..sometimes favortism happens
i had a son by 18 tried to make it work with my sons dad and it didnt but i knew i could be with someone else..so i found my husband now and we have 2 kids together and been married 4yrs..
the thing is the parents might have a problem because you have a child but its normal -my husbands mom had issues, but she realized she wasnt gonna separate us, and his dad liked me from the start..so its all about getting to know the person, how he is with your kid and can you seen your future with him and will he be a good dad..but as far as you being a young girl with a child your not the first wont be the last and you can be ok with this...
if he has a problem then he is not the one to be with anyway..

Just go ahead and tell him, show him pictures, be proud of your beautiful son, I think you are wonderful, a young 19 year old making the choice to have your baby. There is a wonderful guy out there for you (it may be him) that will love you and your son... Your son will always be there for you so pick a man that will too..

Some guys care and some don't. Some guys also see this as an indication that you are easy. Don't get your kid involved with the guy for a long time even if he doesn't mind. Kids get attached and that makes the breakups all that harder.

Don't try and hide a baby. What if you develop feelings for this guy, and that lie by omission just becomes this huge unsaid glob in the middle of your relationship?

Don't you think it might be a good idea to tell him? He's going to find out eventually, it shouldn't have to be a suprise. I'd be upset if you didn't tell me and I found out some other way, it might jeopardize your relationship...and aren't they supposed to be based on honesty and trust?

Well you are certainly off on the wrong foot. If you can't tell him you have a baby and no husband then you have no future with him. Either tell him the truth or break it off.

I personaly dont care if the girl I am with has a kid. Why would you want to keep that from someone?
