We had a guy sneak out to the stop sign in the middle of the night took down the sign and tossed it in the river. HE DID NOT SAY ANYTHING to anyone; when he went to court he claimed there had not been a sign so the judge checked. If it had been replaced Bill would have said " see it had not been there" if it were still missing he would still say 'See there was no sign". God Bless you and the Southern People.

really the only way you're going to prove you're innocent of the crime is if the stopsign wasnt clearly visible ex: covered by bushes, road work sign was in the way etc. if that was the case you need to photagragh the stop sign and probably get a lawer, otherwise if it wasnt and you did just run it well i hate to say this, but i almost got killed getting into an accident with someone who ran a stop sign, negligent driving is dangerous thats why there are consequences for doing stuff like that. also take a driving course and tell the judge you were stressed out that day and realize you made a dangerous mistake and are taking steps to be a better driver (which i hope you will do) maybe that'll earn you some good favor points

Oneof two ways, first show up in court and plead not guilty, you would be surprised but alot of officers don't even show up in court, if they don't you can ask to have the case dismissed.
Also hire a great attorney, most can work out a deal or get you off somehow

Screw your stupid points. Where are the points when you run the stop sign and waste a family? Pay your ticket and start stopping at the BIG RED SIGNS!! Take some ownership for your screw-up.

i got a ticket for going through a red light, i did fight it and win, i plead that the light was turning yellow and that yellow lights are about making decisions, and at that point i had decided that it was SAFEST to go through the redlight due to traffic behind me to avoid an accadent all charges were droped usually if you fight it they will lessen or drop the charges at the plea bargin before trial so you may get it resolved before you actually have to go to court, and rememer SAFTY thats a huge key base your fight on saftey!

Go for it. Take it to jury trial. Subpeona copies of every ticket the officer has ever written. Subpeona every outcome of those tickets. Subpeona the officers records, including complaints, reviews, etc. If you are LUCKY, they may just drop it.
