and he scolded me over the phone for a tiny mistake, i said i was sorry ! Ever since that day i notice that he's looking at me,as i pass by he looks at me, and looks away.He tried to make a joke and i ignore him,he smile and i ignore him again.I just felt so humiliated and embarrassed that day and i felt like crying.Why he might be acting like this ? Please tell me what u think ?(i'm female)

well since you posted this in the dating section my guess is you think he is attracted to you.
maybe he is just a sucky manager.

He's flirting! Flirt back, go w/ him a few times. Get him all hot and bothered. If you feel like it sleep w/ him and then sue the company and him for sexual harrassment. Then you'll be set for life.
