I guess that you mean Anti-SpyWare. You should have an anti-spyware solution on your computer. I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.

Oh, God yes! There is no shortage of free security software. Go to filehippo.com and you will find some of the most popular free antispyware software: http://www.filehippo.com/software/antispyware/
I recommend: Ad Aware, Spybot, Windows Defender (requires you to have a genuine copy of Windows), AVG antispyware and SpywareBlaster (if you use Internet Exploter).
