Eveyone, including the little girl kept saying over and over "its a gift from the lord" , "its a great gift" you must be a believer to understand a recieve a gift like that. It was the most advanced brainwashing that i have ever seen. The little girl was scary!

It is creepy. But how is it any less creepy than teaching those kids to worship an idol of a dead guy nailed to a stick and that they should ritually eat his flesh and drink his blood ...?
and then to teach them they will burn in an eternal fire if they are naughty ... ? and that the end of the world will involve a huge battle in which all the naughty people will die horrible deaths?
come to think of it, babbling a little nonsense doesn't seem so bad compared to all that!
