Manic depression could have those symptoms if you experience a huge high and then deep lows quite often. Otherwise most people don't experience large swings in moods most of the time, the rest of the time it's usually stress or something. I will be so happy and then crash because I'm reminded I didn't do something or pay a bill. I wish I could shut off my mind sometimes!!

While you could be bipolar, which is if this happens all the time and the swings are V. dramatic, you could also be schizophrenic. Not ALL schizophrenics see/hear things. There are many different types of this mental condition. You can actually go here and take this test to see---> http://www.schizophrenia.com/sztest/
However, if this doesn't happen often, then it is probably just hormones especially if...well, it's near the times for the painters to come in. If you get my meaning. If it is only occasional, it's fine. We all feel that way.

But our Emma is as smart as the proverbial tack, and she knows enough to go sit down and rest, and to allow her wonderful mind to come to calm once again, and stop upsetting herself over things she can't really change even if she wanted to. She also knows how to value and cherish who she is, and to center herself so well inside that no person and no event and no circumstance can any longer upset her, even for one second. In this way she is going to reclaim the whole evening, and possibly all of tomorrow, and relax and let go of all that stuff that was never meant to be lumped together for a solution in the first place. She is happy now because she is once again at peace, and all that other stuff is madly sorting itself out still without even a glance from our peaceful Emma! - C.

Yes!!! Have low blood sugar. And that is hard. If I have too much sugar I am hyper and doing ok then the blood sugar drops and I am sluggish, spacey, draggy. It's easy to get in a bad mood.

It's OK, Emma.
Everyone is like that, they just don't talk about it.
The trick is to know it is like that an not be afraid of being low, coz u know it's gonna go away.
Just learn the pattern, it helps to deal with it when it happens!!!
