Mapquest.com does not support Mexico.
Expedia.com does - you're looking at 797 miles and 16.5 hours driving.

Some 14 hours maybe. It is worth the effort, since it takes less than a day. I'd take a bus though, to avoid the driving and maybe to just sleep on the trip and stop at rests to buy food.
