The panic comes from somewhere, and that somewhere is your subconscious mind. Since you cannot get access to your subconscious most of the time it just feels as if there is no real cause. Hypno-therapy might help you to identify the real causes. Maybe you could keep a journal with you. When you start feeling unhappy or anxious, perhaps you would benefit from writing down your thoughts. In addition to helping identify the thoughts behind your feelings, it also helps get all of the unpleasant feelings out of your body. You can also take some naps so you can relax a bit throughout the day. You should look into information on anxiety and depression.
Here are some tips that can help you.

Watching or doing an act of kindness releases positive endorphins! Dr. Wayne Dyer talks about that in his CD's "The Power of Intention"--I bought from Amazon.com. My hunch is it's related to hormones. I can really relate to what you've said. Do the best you possibly can to get rid of any and all negative thoughts. Our pastor once said there's no room for negative thoughts if your mind is filled with POSITIVE thoughts. I KNOW it's easier said than done, but I REALLY understand where you're coming from. I've done the same thing, exactly.

I have the same issue you have. Denpending on how old you are, if you are in your mid 30's or older, you could be in perimenopause. I cry over anything, and I finally went to a naturopathic dr. She put me on some natural hormones, and I feel a whole lot better. If you are in your teens...well, then its just cuz your a teenager.
I hope this was some help.

You know something, i have a common experience with you, i feel that the sky want to fall on me, and i cry every time....until one day i remember the Lord. Dear you have to pray ask Him to help you, and free your heart from hate. If you was hurt by someone, forgive them, eventhough you not say it to the person, if you feel lonely try to make a friend, contact your friends...and try to hanging out with them. Try to love and care other people eventhough it's your enemy, it's hard but you have to do it, asking God to help you...fill your heart with love and peace. And don't forget to pray every hour to the Lord, He will give you courage, read your bible...

Call for some support right away. A family member. A clergy person. Or the Samaritans.

Calm down---crying is a great release, an important way to cope.
Things will look better tommorrow.
Listen to your emotions, and give yourself a "break."
