add a couple of tablespoons of flour or 1 flour and 1 cocoa, the brownies will be a bit moister but edible

Keep adding equal amounts of flour & cocoa until you get the right consistancy.
If you've added way too much water you will have to start over because your other ingredients will be out of whack.

Add cornstarch and baking cocoa powder in equal amounts... (1 teaspoon of cornstarch for every half cup of water) and stir until the cornstarch thickens the mix. Also add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder for every half cup of extra water, otherwise the brownies will be very heavy.

How much extra water? You might try adding corn starch as it is twice as absorbent as flour.
