let's say you ask a guy a question about homework. and you're pretty sure he likes you, cuz he wont stop staring at you in class.. he answers your question, and says that if you have any more questions you should call him and he gives you his number. now i dont talk to him in school. and then he instant messages me and says that he can explain some stuff about school to me if i want. what does this all mean? and what does he want? is he playing me? he won't talk to me in school, but only stares. why can't he come up to me and say something??

sounds to me like he's shy and this is one way for him to break the ice ... if you like him than start talking to him!! eventually he'll start warming up to you in school ... sometimes its hard when everyone is watching you in school to make a first move!!!

it sounds like he likes you to me. but you have to find out why he won't talk to you at school. he may be shy, and thinks he can find out if you like him by talking to you about something you have in common which is school work, or he really could be a jerk who is lusting over you. either way, be careful!!!

Maybe he's shy talking to face to face. Just try to keep talking to him at school & if he doesn't start talking to you more ask him why.

he is either shy or a stalker --- it sounds like he just wants you to make the next move by calling him and then see what happens

he proboly likes you? go up and talk to him be nice and accept his homework help. but if you don't like him then just ignore him he will eventually go away. if you feel he's stalking you then talk to someone (adult) you trust and get help!

girls were born naturally more mature it takes guys longer so they need more motivation if they are shy hes probably really shy and doesnt want to look stupid.
