I live in Florida and when a cruise ship comes in there is ALWAYS news talk regarding the ship. However the cruise lines will scrub and clean the ship before it goes out again. I have been on numerous cruises and have never been ill once ( knock on wood )Good Luck KG

Only if they get the flu or something....and that's common on ALL cruises. Otherwise, Nope.
