Moving can definitely be stressful, so take comfort in knowing you are feeling normal feelings.
If there is a Scripture I would refer you to, it is the one that says "I go to prepare a place for you."
Know that there will be new experiences & friends awaiting you when you arrive. you will, in time, have warm memories of this new place & it will become "home".
Remember, you shall go out with joy & be led forth with peace.
Before you physically jump in your car & make the transition, give the move to G-d in prayer. Thank Him for leading & guiding you. He will be there as much for you as he has been here for you. He is faithful.

“And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.” Romans 8:28
There are a lot of things that we don't know in life, but here is one thing that we DO know; God has a plan and He knows what He is doing. Even if it doesn’t make sense to you, you can trust His plan for your life.
Centuries ago a great architect was secured to design a magnificent church for the king of Spain's magnificent palace, the Escorial. The name of the church is San Lorenzo.
When this awesome building was being constructed the architect designed a huge arch, one larger than any that had ever been built before. That single arch was supposed to support the entire weight of the church's giant roof. The king, however, was worried that the enormous weight of the roof would be too much for that arch. So he insisted that the architect build a column from the floor all the way up to the center of the arch, to help support it.
The architect took the King's command to build a center column as a tremendous insult and argued loud and long with the king that this was not necessary and that his fears were all groundless. But the king insisted and the column was built. After the building was finished the king worshipped in peace. He could look at that column and feel secure that the column he had added to the architect's design would hold up that enormous roof.
Many years later, after the King's death, the architect revealed that he had left a quarter-inch space between the top of the column and the arch it was supposed to support!
Even now, though hundreds of years have gone by, that ceiling has not sagged even a quarter of an inch! You can go and visit the Escorial today and the tour guides will take you to San Lorenzo Church and they will pass a board between that column and the arch proving that the great architect's plan was sure. He stands vindicated even after all these centuries!
God's plan is this way. His plan for our lives is sure and doesn't need our support. We can trust the work that He is doing in our lives and we can rest in His gracious design. We aren't left in the hands of fate. Lady Luck doesn't control our lives! We are in the hands of a loving God! There is nothing that happens to us which does not dovetail into God's plan for our lives.

It is very human to have the feelings that you are describing. It doesn't mean you love God any less or trust Him any less. However, the bible says: "who by worrying can add one hour to his life? Therefore, be anxious for nothing; but in all things, with prayer and thanksgiving, present your petitions before God. And the peace of God will be with you in Christ Jesus".
You can also get together with your husband and pray together, that God would show you how to trust Him in all things, with your whole heart, and that He would take the anxiety from you and replace it with His peace, the peace that passes all understanding.
Godspeed in your new life!

It's a catch phrase, but as you begin to exercise your faith, you really will understand the importance of always falling back on one thing: God is in control. Twila Paris sang a song with this title years ago that still rings in my head when I'm in doubt.
You have called yourself a child of God. You have put your faith in Him, you believe that He died on the cross to overcome sin in our lives and you turn to Him not only in times of crisis but in times of joy. Take this to heart. God does not EVER forsake His children.
You may be so afraid to move - the fear of the unknown is sometimes the hardest. Excitement and fear run hand in hand in times like this. But what you need to understand is that God will meet you where you are at. Don't be afraid that if you make the wrong decision life will fall apart. I've been there and I know that feeling. Ask God to give you peace - but you may not feel that peace right away. He may be teaching you to take a leap of faith and to still turn and face Him and let Him meet you where you ended up - success or failure.
You will not fail yourself, your family or God by moving. Your heart is in the right place - I think that this is your prime opportunity to take your relationship with Him to the next level. Everything you know and are familiar with will not be around - but God will. And He's the most familiar and grounded we can ever be.

Philipians 4:6-7 always helps...Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Also, know that God's word tells us not to be afraid 365 times...is it a coincidence that that is how many days are in the year? :)

Whenever I feel stressed about something, I have to realize that's because I'm putting responsibility for everything upon myself. I need to unload all this onto God's shoulders. Believe me, He can take it! I have to have the faith of a small child. Does a small child worry about paying bills, grocery shopping, or the logistics of moving? No, they leave that up to the parent to worry about. Likewise, I leave my worries that are beyond my control up to God. In fact, I've got a little plaque on my wall at home that says, "Give your troubles up to God. He'll be up all night anyway." When I kneel and pray and tell God, "God, I'm really having trouble with this problem," and describe it, let the tears out, and ask Him to help me, and be sure to ask this in Jesus' name, when I'm done I feel a sense of relief! I just have to remind myself to trust in God, even when things are bad. I know He'll get me through. And He always does!

Phil 4:6-7 tells that His peace will surpass our understanding. I don't know your circumstances and how you both make decisions. I have been in hard places and His peace is beyond explanation. I should have freaked out and was calm as a cucumber. confusion is not from God! ask for guidance from the Lord and He will direct your path(s). hope this helps

It is perfectly normal to feel this way. You don't know what to expect when you move. You don't know anyone or where anything is. Just Keep praying to God and Jesus and they will help you through this. Just believe in God and keep up your courage in him. God knows best and this is his way of saying that he needs you somewhere else to help him with his mission. Good Luck God Bless

Are you sure your doing what God wants you to? some times God gives you a feeling that what youre about to do is not part of His will. then again it could just be nerves. Just open your heart to God and He'll let you know what to do and you can trust that He'll make the best decision as long as you listen to it.
I pray you find what God is telling you to do.

Hi, Congratulations on your move. It is normal to be both excited and apprehensive about a new location. Know in your heart this is God's plan for you and is meant to be. So go with an open mind and heart and make new friends and have new experiences and trust you faith. Good luck!
