Auto was previously paid off by me but title in x-girlfriend's name. Think X has sold it or borrowed money against it. Taxes havenot been paid due in Aug. is county lived in.

Like a previous poster said, you cannot because it is not in your name. If you are getting tax notices about it then you might want to call the tax office and let them know that the car no longer belongs to you or that the x no longer lives at that address, if that is the case.
