Hey. I have a question. Does Emeril Lagassi have any restaraunts. Are they all 5 star restaraunts? Have any of you been on his shows, or have been to any of his restaraunts (if he has one)? Is his food really that good?

I adore Emeril and I know that he actually has 9 restaurants 3 in New Orleans, 2 in Vegas, 2 in Orlando, one in Atlanta and I'm pretty sure there is one in Miami Beach. I went to Delmonico's in Vegas which is one of his restaurants. Great food. Love Emeril. Another one is called Tcoup Chop

He has two resteraunts in FL. There may be more but I dont know of them. One of them is Called Emeril's and the other is called Choi Chui ( That is not how you spell it, its something like that tho.) I have never eaten at any of them.
If you want to go to them Choi Chui (or whatever) is in the Hard Rock Hotel in Universal Orlando, FL the other is in City Walk right next to the hotel. It's right by Universal theme park.

He has several restaurants. He basically had Commander's Palace(?) in New Orleans. Then he started NOLA, and now there's another in Vegas. At least, if there's another one, I'm forgetting it right now.
Remember though, he's not that hands on anymore. He just hires people. I don't think he has time for cooking anywhere besides his shows. Not that I don't like watching them!
