Don't eat a lot of "bad carbs". Eat things like whole wheat bread and pasta. Try to avoid things in packages like twinkies and all that JUNK. Eat baked or grilled chicken, broiled or baked fish and other lean meats. Munch on veggies or fruit through out the day. You can treat yourself to some junk food sometimes but don't eat it a lot. Also drink water or light fruit juices instead of pop. I'm assuming that you have a problem with low blood sugar not high blood sugar so if you start to feel shaky or weird drink some orange juice or eat some fruit.

Hypoglycemia is one rather easy to treat.. sweets mainly when you feel regressing toward previous symptoms... You should maintain a regular dietary but do include fruits. Make sure you have a breakfast and orange juice or some fruit juice.. that 10:30 valley of fatigue may require a candy bar or some more fruit..

It may be advisable to eat several times a day rather than just the 3 normal meals... Not a lot but just enough to satisfy your immediate needs.

Try reading the book The Low Blood Sugar Handbook(available on amazon)
and get a doctor or friend to recommend a good nutritionist or naturopath in your area who can help you.(or look online for a listing in your area)
If you have time, do some research online or at your local library.

You eat every 2 hours while you are awake in small amounts. Stay away from simple sugars and stick to complex carbohydrates and protein. A great snack is cheese and crackers. I suggest you see a dietician! (I believe I'm the one who told you it might be low blood sugar.)
