Okay like I said before, I'm in high school, and well theres like these guy that likes me. I dont know what I actually feel, He is real nice, but very shy, he likes me but just wont tell me. Everybody and his best friend is telling me to go for it to make the move on him, cause his just shy and has never had a girl (i believe). I've thought about it and I guess I'll be willing to make the move, but I just dont know how to come up to him and just do it. I'm use to the guy making the first move, and well this guy has no kind of experience from what I hear. I just need advice on how to make the move and I'm thinking on taking him to prom, but he hasent asked and other guys already asked me, but I wanna say yes to "him".
I dont know I guess I would make the first move if I really wanted to be with him, maybe I dont like him that bad, his just a nice guy and I dont wanna hurt him.

This happened to me! And what I did worked. Our lockers were close together and when we were standing there I said, "Are you going to prom?" He said, "I not to sure yet". And I said, "I just go asked to prom yesterday but I'm kinda waiting to see if someone else is going to ask me first:" I smiled back at him in a devious kind of way. The next day in geometry class he gave me a candy bar and when I opened it up, inside the wrapper was a will you go to prom with me? So in a way, I kind of asked him but not really. Give it a try - you dont have anything to loose. And let me know if it works.

I'd say that you should probably just engage in casual conversation with him, say during lunch, and then when passing time begins, you could ask him out.
Now here's a question from me: how do shy, nice guys make the move for girls they like?

Ask him if he wants to kick it with you more. But DO NOT ask him to go out with you with first , just be nice, and chill with him for the moment.

sounds like you both need a push --- just talk to him (i know its easy to say -- i never took a lady out at school so i should talk) and take it from there
