i think it is better to have loved n lost becuz it teaches by you a great life lesson that u may not be able to love unless u were in love and u can only truly feel those ups, downs and mistakes if you yourself as an individual feels it

It is better to of loved and lost because if you never loved at all, you missed out on meeting a great person just for you. Regret is one of the worst feelings.

I don't think so. To me if was better to have loved and won as I did but lost my loved one about a year and a half ago after almost 48 years of marriage.

Oh yes. Much better. I have been hurt more than once and left crying to the moon, but I would never trade any of the experience if I meant that I could never feel the thrill of the risk of love.

If you have loved in LOST, you probably was hurt REALLY bad. At least I have twice.
If you have never loved. Then you do not know what you are missing out.

DEFINITELY!!! It's better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all....WHY??? You'd envy those who have felt that feeling that makes you high!!! LOL!!
