Save the picture to your hardrive is the easiest way I have found. Highlight the name of the picture with our mouse and right click on it, one of the choices is "save picture as" and give it a name on your hardrive. Then use that file in your e-mail.

You didn't say where you got the CD from. If it's a CD that someone MADE you, it could be that they used a 3rd party software - like NERO to make it - and if they used Direct CD or something (used the CD like a hard drive and drag & dropped pictures to it) you wouldn't be able to open it on your computer. IF that's the case, you'd be better off having the person put the pictures on a thumb drive for you (or a floppy if she's still using one) and then you'd be able to do it.
The other option would be for her to upload the pictures to Yahoo and e-mail you the link. Then you'd be able to download them.
If you had it made from a camera store, you should be able to access the CD by double clicking the CD drive.

Go to my computer and click on the drive with the cd then just drag those photos into any folder in the c drive now just email them.

double click "my computer" click on cd drive...Right click picture icon you want to send and on dropdown click send to Email if you're using outlook express...My documents if you're using a server mail client such as yahoo mail

if you can 'see' the files, just right-click on the one you want and choose Send To>Mail recipient
if you cannot 'see' the files in My Computer you may have a software or hardware problem

click on the photos on your image equipment. Then pass to report on the main appropriate of the internet site and click shop as. then you definately browse for my documents or another area for storing for documents, and shop the photos there. once you e mail you could insert those as attachments

right click on the drive click on explorer .then
on the top click on
edit /select all then click on edit /copy
then creat a new folder on the desktop . open the folder ,right click on the indside of the folder then click on paste
