Well you don't capitalize it. I'm assuming you mean Oke. You also don't state any country of origin, so I will tell you the only one I know. The Japanese 'Oke' means, roughly, 'outside'. For example, karaoke means 'outside the orchestra' , or in other words, no orchestra is being used.
