Get into fresh air quickly and stop being where you shouldn't be...........Breath in a lot of fresh air....if you don't feel better quickly, tell mom and dad and go to the emergency room.

you need to call for help- call 911 if you have to. Don't worry about being in trouble- your parents will understand- they just want you to be safe. You may have inhaled some chemicals or damaged your lungs.
