Very good question. The answer really lies in you. You know what your body can handle better than any person or any doctor. Medical professionals have recommended waiting at least a full year before trying to conceive again so that your body may recover fully and restore its depleted store of vitamins. However, each person is going to handle pregnancy differently. If you feel you are well recovered and want another baby...then it is right for you to do so. You mentioned you had a partial placental abruption, this may or may not be a factor in a healthy second birth. The best advice is to discuss this particular problem with your health care provider. But as for is it too soon. No it is not. If you feel your body is ready for another one, go for it and good luck!

Yes Yes Yes it is too soon. Trust me on that. I know some answers said no its not too soon but trust me. I have 2 boys that are 19 months apart. Yes my body handle it fine but now I m mother to 2 boys going to schools and I m single mom, it is really exhausting. Not just physically, but mentally as well. I would recommend to try to wait out few months. Especially that you said you had slight placental abruption. Are you willing to risk to have that again... your body just need to heal first or it will be too tired. I had a friend who got pregnant right after her first daughter was born and she had so many problems with 2nd pregnancy.

No, most times every birth is differnt. But it really depends on if you feel you are ready. And if you are willing to take that risk again because even though your baby was born healthy its a possibility that something could go wrong. I have a nine year old a couple years ago I finally got pregnant after trying for so long. They found out that I was pregnant in my tubes and had to take one of my tubes. I am very tempted to try again but also scared because what if I get pregnant in my tubes again and they have to take the only one I got left. But in the long run its if you feel you are ready.

i might wait a minimum of a year in basic terms reason being there are issues like Gallstones and incontience, after outcomes of a being pregnant that are uncommon yet can ensue. supply time to regulate. After my son became 9 months i replaced into thinking..."according to probability....." properly then I have been given an ulcer from the rigidity of my hubby dropping his activity and now we DEFINITLY could wait. You in no way comprehend what life might throw at you. supply it time to regulate to the recent mommy life. i think of the actual project is toddlers decrease back to diminish back is which you're having to handle a newborn WITH the preggy warning signs. I truly have that worry now, the "what if's". i'm getting scared each and every from time to time that if i'm getting pregnant ideal now financial and scientific stuff aside, what if i'm puking from morning disease and my son falls and hits his head whilst i'm no longer around. particular a newborn you could put in the crib in time yet a a million year previous isn't gonna like being cooped in a playpen. in spite of the undeniable fact that that's nevertheless our decision. I say not greater because of the fact of economic motives.

You could start now,it may take a while anyway, but make sure you a really good doctor, you should be looked after as a high risk pregnancy. I had placental abruption(my baby died) and my subsequent pregnancies were high risk and c-sections. good luck

I would wait if I were you. They advise that you wait for at least 18 months before you have another child. I have a 10 month old daughter and am about 23 weeks pregnant right now.

First of all, congratulations on the newest member of your family. Why are you in a hurry to have another child? If there is not a medical reason why you need to conceive now, please wait and enjoy your baby. In the next two years (he or she) will go through so many stages and you really should enjoy each one.
Once this child has become more independent, plan your second. The grow up so quickly and you really need to enjoy them all that you can.
Good luck to you!

well my son is 10 months old and i am due to have my 2nd baby in 4 weeks! it was not planned however im excited about being a mum again.
as for my body i have had no problems with my body handling another pregnancy so soon. so i think if u want another one go for it.
but since u had placental abrubtion u might want to ask ur doctor if it is safe yet. i say it would be you have had nine months for your body to heal.
good luck!!!!

Well its a bit risky and not both.If you and your mate are ready for this and agree upon you can take this risk. After having a child once its a bit difficult to maintain your body and having a second one soon that's a bit hilarious. The womens body grows bit more after a child, so if you plan for a child its a bit difficult for your mate to handle you while having sex.As well as woman also feels a bit heavy while penintration. So,this is what is matters.
