my 3 yr old son has went through surgery now the 2nd time for the same thing and still hasn't been fixed correctly. tired of him going through the pain.

Well, first you need to do some personal research. Is the type of surgery your son had one that commonly fails or must be repeated? If it is, then you don't have a leg to stand on at all. If not, then you may wish to contact an attorney and ask for some guidance. FIRST you need to consult your son's physician AND get a second opinion!

You can contact a lawyer who might be willing to take your case on a contingency basis but from my personal experience I know that it can take a VERY long time and its very difficult to win a malpractice suit. Good luck though if that's the route you decide to go. Did you get a second opinion on your son's condition?
