.Ask him about it, then if he says he is not tired of you then back off awhile. Give him some breathing room. Think of ways to spice up your relationship and just do them. Weekend getaway, romantic dinners, etc.
If he says he needs a break, then do just that. Let him go. He may come back but only if he is not suffocated.

Unfortunately, that means it's time to go. Especially if you guys are young. I just recently went through that. I didn't even feel like I was his girlfriend for the last couple of months that we were together, and we lasted 13 months. It was more like I was an unwanted obligation. So we mutually broke up and now I've got a guy that is much better suited to me, and am happy. Breaking up can suck, but finding happiness again, whether in being alone or with some new special someone is beautiful. Don't hurt yourself trying to patch things together with someone who isn't interested anymore. It just makes things more upsetting when you finally do let go, because you end up feeling like you wasted more time and energy on it than you should have.

If you think your long term relationship is losing its zeal you need to discuss this with your partner. Why are you just wondering about something as important as this? It's time for some real communication to remove any doubts and fears. Work this relationship out if the two of you decide you want it to continue, but if not please don't waste anymore time on a dead-end street.

Though you can ask him, and talk to him, that destroys the element of surprise and honesty of your actions. You will do these things because you know he likes it (but he sees this as dishonesty), and since it's no longer a surprise either, it's not exciting. Always read his body language wherever you go, and test everything (without using anything but yourself). This may mean that you'll have to change yourself a little and spice up this relationship (are you ready?). Playful affection usually works with most guys, and tell him about your secrets one day at a time (slowly). This may spice things up, for now... Have fun.

Talk to him about it...
I went through the same thing and now he and I are perfect...becuase I talked to him about it..
Honestly...BACK OFF...Don't call him, wait for him to call you...Don't make plans with him, wait for him to make plans with you.
If you back off, he will come running back to you...Especially if you are in a long term relationship...It is hard to just end something like that without turning back. He will come running back to you and realize that it has to be a 2 way relationship.
Trust me...it worked for me...
