I'd probably choose being deaf. My daughter Eve is, so I have no problems with sign language, and we can read each other's lips.

Probably smell. I couldn't imagine not seeing or hearing. I was gonna say touch but then I wouldn't be able to touch people or anything.
I would have to say smell because I have such bad allergies that I cant smell anything most of the time anyway.

hmm, that is a great question. I would have to say my sense of taste. Though I love food, it is one thing I could do without if I had to. I love to smell, touch, feel and hear too much.
