i keep falling sick since i started this new job. darn.. any reasons for it?

This is just a guess, but Carbon Monoxide Poisioning ? You can't see it, but you can get sick from it and eventually die. Try calling the courthouse and get the building inspector to come out there.

You're in a new environment with new people. That's pretty normal for the first year after beginning a new job (or going to a new school). I suggest you wash your hands VERY frequently and that you NEVER touch your face at all without first washing your hands.
