Oh yes! I didn't have my period until I was 15... I had to start shaving years before that or I would have been in some serious trouble. Get a good shaving cream and use a good moisturizer after you shave to prevent razor burn though.

Do whatever you want. I didnt have to shave until I was in high school. Actually I dont think I had to because I didnt have really hairy legs. I would say to wait to shave because once you do you are going to have to shave all the time like every few days. If you really want to shave your legs I would wait until at least the spring time because thats when you would be wearing skirts and shorts and stuff.

Are you a Sasquatch? Shave them legs before you need a brush hog and a welding torch to remove the hair

Of course it's okay for yu to shave. That has nothing to do with having yur period.
