metabolism slows down as you grow... a 30 year old has a harder time LOSING weight that a tween... teens have a harder time than a tween, yes. Eat healthy, get rest and liquids and vitamins, be happy, be active, join sports, have hobbies, play with your friends, have a fun time at school and youll grow up healthy and successful.
Leaving sweets and soda alone couldnt hurt either. LOVE YOURSELF YOU ARE A VALUABLE PERSON

As a tween, you're still growing. So the weight you have will stretch out. And yes, it would be easier- if you're active.
Keep in mind, though, that because you're still growing you shouldn't be trying to lose weight because you need the nutrition and energy. Unless you are really badly overweight.
I hope this helps!

How many tweens does it take to ruin a website? I am not sure, but the LGBT Forum has taken a few knocks. Mind you, they were done by trolls, not necessarily by Tweens. Rose P.
