Everyone is posting exercises which are good but unless you get rid of the fat first then no amount of crunches will allow your abs to show through. The flat tummy comes from a sound nutritional diet in which you eat 5 small meals per day adding up to 20% under your daily maintenance calorie level.
These meals should consist of 40% Proteins, 40% complex carbs and 20% good fats. This will speed up your metabolism and burn the fat on and around your stomach and thighs.

After that you can do crunches to further accentuate your abs.

LOSE WEIGHT! 1000 stomach exercises a day will NOT make you skinny! It is a MYTH. You need to lose weight by exercising (running, swimming, cycling, etc.). There is NO SUCH THING as spot reduction exercises. You can have a gorgeous six pack stomach but you will never see it if it is behind a layer of fat.

Good luck with your workouts!

Liposuction.... Yes! You need to do that for fast result.

Liposuction is a cosmetic surgery operation which removes fat from many different sites on the human body e.g. from the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, to neck, backs of the arms and elsewhere. It is a form of body contouring method.
