my 7 seven year old grandaughter needs help with her ?.
why do they spend so much money looking for life in space,instead of taking care of life on earth?

Because some humans refuse to believe we're the only intelligent beings GOD created in the whole universe.

Spending money on space exploration does save peoples lives. Without the U.S. space program things like velcro, some plastics, mri's, and other machines used in medicine would not exist.
The space program leads to unintended advances in science all the time.

Same reason we spend so much money dropping bombs in the Middle East rather than feeding Americans.
Same reason we spend enough on a presidential campaign to feed and clothe a a thousand homeless families for a year.
Same reason the religious build many churches and few shelters.

children are amazing and speak honestly and intelligently ... more so than most adults
i say ... put the children in government lol

So incredibly sad & true. It grieves me that it takes someone of such innocent youth to even be able to put together how much trouble this earth is in. I don't know why they do, but tell her to run for President one day.:o]

The Space Program is the reason you have all your MODERN
conveniences. Microwaves, remote controls, cell phones,
etc. etc.
