Hello ...Sally,

Please Sally get real ): Is the sky blue. Yes, you can get a ticket and a huge fine along with it. If you do throw an apple out of your car window or anything else. I hope you get caught. Hello, it is against the law. I ask, why would you want to mess up the roads?. That shows no respect for anything let alone for your self.
Key words " No Respect" If you have or do not have children which ever comes first, is that what you are going to teach them?
Sally, please think about things before you do anything at all.
Have a nice day. Love yourself and love God and all that he has given to all of us.
Sincerely... J (:

Movie ticket - Nope.
Concert ticket - Nope.
A ticket to pay your littering fine/attend court - Yes, unless you can prove the apple was accidentally thrown out of the car window by your dog...or kid!

especially if you hit a cop in the head when you throw it... oh my... then if you threw it over a bridge and it crushed a windshield... oh dear... WHAT if you threw it out and hit a car and startled the lady and she swerved and then took out a school bus full of kindergarteners..... oh geeez... maybe you better hold on to that thing till you find a trash can..... There are worse things than getting a fine for littering, you know

Probably could be considered "littering"

Might depend on whether it is a whole apple or just an apple core.

Might depend on what State / County / City you are in

Might also depend on whether it endangers other motorists and/or pedestrians.

i was wondering the same before. i don't know, but it would be stupid to call that littering. that's like throwing a rock and getting a ticket for littering. it would be a retarded application of the law.

How would you feel if someone drove by your yard and dumped some rotting fruit pieces as they passed? Just because it decomposes (eventually) doesn't mean that it isn't unattractive, draws insects and vermin, smells, and needs to be picked up by someone else. Also, it could pose a driving hazard.

I think you could cause a wreck or something.
Maybe for littering? Probably not a good idea.
